He spent about an hour and a half drinking and dancing with his friends before departing in a minibus just before 7pm.
But Walker was then called back to the bar to pay the £250 bill. When he arrived, a bartender was said to be there with a card machine while the footballer was clumsily handling his wallet.
While Walker might say the flashing was a prank, police may want to investigate him for indecent exposure, which could result in a maximum sentence of two years in prison.
A source told the Sun that the video was “truly disturbing” and “deeply disturbing”.
The Sexual Offenses Act 2003 says that indecent exposure is when a person deliberately exposes their genitals – and that they intend to do so, which may cause distress or distress.
The common offense of insulting public decency is committed when a person commits a “lewd, obscene or disgusting” act in front of at least two people in the audience.
