Family dynamics determines the type of relationship between two family members, with options such as “Close”, “Distant”, “Tough” and “Pranksters”.
The different dynamics result in different ways in which family members interact with each other, potentially leading to more nuanced family relationships. In theory, you’ll be able to decide how close the two siblings are and whether your spouse has a strained relationship with their in-laws.

Meanwhile, social compatibility determines the natural chemistry that two Sims share. Good compatibility will make Sims click and get along with ease, while bad compatibility will make them more prone to conflict.
It’s about likes and dislikes – if Sims have similar interests, they’re more likely to match.

At the same time, new milestones will be added that will mark the growth of a Sim – from falling in love as an adult to losing teeth as a child.
In-law visits are also teased in the trailer. The promo shows a grandpa appearing for a “temporary stay” and seeing his grandchildren, although full details on how this new feature works have yet to be revealed.

Indeed, it looks like all of this is just a glimpse of what’s in the new expansion. said SimGuruNova Twitter after releasing the trailer that there is “so much more” in the bundle, with “a few more features you all may not have noticed at first”.
